Having been repaired from their last mission, the crew of the U.S.S. Sisko is on routine border patrol when they get a distress call from a mysterious ship. Come to find out this ship is part of Starfleet Intelligence. Questions get raised when it's found that they lied about how they were damaged, and then Raye spots someone that should be dead. Darien.
The crew of the Sisko finds them caught up in a web of lies and deceit that finally manifest themselves into a confrontation with the most deadly force in all the Federation. Section 31.
